Interference and Installation Issues Causing Abnormal PTZ Movement

Is your PTZ camera rotating continuously or out of control? The common causes include:

1 Incorrect installation (e.g., ceiling mounting mistakenly used as front mounting), resulting in mechanical jamming;

2 Signal transmission attenuation or interference, typically characterized by automatic rotation without control commands.

Solutions: Recalibrate the installation angle of the PTZ camera and check whether the transmission cable is aged. Long-term signal interference may damage the PTZ motor, so troubleshooting should be carried out as soon as possible.
